How do I order?

Scan the QR code on your table with your phone's camera - no app to download. Browse the menu, add what you want to your cart, and place your order. It goes straight to our kitchen.

Do I need to create an account?

No - ordering never requires an account. You can optionally sign in to save your contact details and get emailed receipts, but scanning and ordering works for anyone.

Can I order more than once?

Yes - order as many rounds as you like during your visit. Everything lands on the same table tab, and the total updates live.

Can several people at my table order separately?

Yes - everyone at the table can scan the same code and add to the same open tab from their own phone.

Can I edit or cancel my order after sending it?

Accepted Answer

Once an order reaches the kitchen it's already being prepared, so it can't be edited from your phone. If something's wrong, flag a member of staff right away and they'll sort it out for you.

What if an item is sold out?

Sold-out items are automatically hidden from the menu, so what you see is always available to order.

Do you cater for dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes - let a member of staff know about any allergies or dietary needs before you order, and we'll point you to suitable dishes or adjust where we can.

Is the menu and pricing always up to date?

Yes - the menu you scan is the live menu. Prices and availability update in real time, so what you see is exactly what you'll be charged and served.

How do I pay?

Whenever you're ready, ask for the bill in the app or flag a member of staff. Pay the whole table's tab by Mobile Money or cash.

Do you accept Mobile Money?

Yes - Mobile Money is the fastest way to settle your tab, alongside cash. Just ask a member of staff when you're ready to pay.

Can I split the bill with others at my table?

Yes - let a member of staff know when you're ready to pay and they'll help split the table's tab between however many people are paying.

How do I reserve a table?

Accepted Answer

Head to the Reservations page, pick a date, time, and party size, and confirm - you'll get a confirmation you can show when you arrive.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes - contact us with your reservation details as soon as you know your plans have changed, and we'll update or cancel it for you.

Do you accept walk-ins without a reservation?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely - reservations just guarantee you a table at a specific time. Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability.
